PHEAD: Public Health and Electronically Assessed Data

The PHEAD (Public Health and Electronically Assessed Data) project is an interdisciplinary research project at Kristiania University College with participants from Department of Technology and Department og Health Sciences with the overall goal of improving public health. The project focus on measuring and mapping health data through wearables and show case how this can contribute towards diagnosis, predictive care, giving life-extending advice and in general improve public health. By combining  social media insights, with data analysis of big data through the use of machine learning algorithms, PHEAD seeks to provide new multidisciplinary insight into patients’ data shadows.
